Motorway Service Area -
Road Chef and Welcome Break requested permission to appeal the decision regarding the Judicial Review. Unfortunately permission has been refused. There is the possibility of an oral hearing and we await the outcome of this request. An official request has been made for permanent diversion of some footpaths. There is the possibility of numerous objections in writing to Stroud District Council over this!
